FRAXEL RE:STORE TREATMENT™

Fractional non-ablative
FRAXEL PRODUCTS | Fraxel re:store™ Treatment
THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR EFFECTIVE RESURFACING WITH LOW DOWNTIME
The industry standard for effective skin resurfacing with minimal downtime
As the original and most widely adopted Fraxel system, the Fraxel re:store laser is the accepted gold standard for non-ablative fractional skin resurfacing. Effective, safe and predictable, the laser typically delivers dramatic results for all skin types, on and off the face—with minimal disruption to patients’ daily routine.
Fraxel re:storetreatment is proven effective for photodamage, mild to moderate periorbital wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, melasma and Actinic Keratosis.
Remarkable results. Remarkable versatility.
The Fraxel re:store laser was engineered to treat across a variety of conditions, on all skin types and anywhere on the body. Since it delivers predictable epidermal turnover with each treatment, nearly all patients see immediate improvement. And due to collagen remodeling, those results are enhanced over weeks and months. Add it up, and the Fraxel re:store laser is a versatile solution that can stand on its own or complement other treatment regimens.
Unparalleled for treating acne scars
When it comes to acne scars, Fraxel re:store treatment succeeds where other procedures have failed. The Fraxel re:store laser can remove the damaged epidermal tissue and reach deep into the dermis to stimulate collagen remodeling. All while keeping healthy tissue intact for maximum healing and minimal discomfort or downtime. Numerous clinical publications report that Fraxel re:store treatment provides more consistent, successful results than any other procedure for treating acne scars.
Advanced technology—the most efficient delivery for the best possible results
All Fraxel laser products use the same patented platform of technological intelligence—ensuring the highest efficacy, safety and flexibility. Since you select the energy level, treatment level and number of passes, you can tailor each treatment to your patient’s needs. Key features of the Fraxel re:store system:
- Intelligent Optical Tracking® system. The technology adjusts to hand speed and ensures uniform treatment, distributing pulses evenly while maintaining optimal spacing to reduce heat. The result is treatment that’s safe, effective and fast, with a full-face treatment typically completed in 20-25 minutes.
- Optimized spot size based on chosen parameters. The system optimizes the microscopic spot size for each energy level, maximizing penetration while minimizing bulk heating in surrounding tissue. As a result, typically see improvements in mild to moderate photodamage with minimal downtime..
- Ergonomic roller tip. The handpiece enables a gliding hand motion and a consistent treatment pattern.
- Intuitive touch-screen interface. The easy-to-navigate system requires only 3 settings to control depth, density and energy delivered.
- Safety. The laser fires only when the handpiece touches the skin and when the footswitch is engaged. And to prevent overtreatment, the number of microscopic treatment zones (MTZs) is matched to the speed of application. This built-in safety and ease of use make the Fraxel re:store system a flexible option for your practice.*
FRAXEL RE:PAIR TREATMENT®

Fractional ablative
FRAXEL PRODUCTS | Fraxel re:pair®Treatment
THE FIRST OF ITS KIND – ABLATIVE EFFICACY WITH FAST RECOVERY
The Fraxel re:pair laser is the only CO2 laser on the market that delivers the efficacy of conventional bulk ablative lasers – without the prolonged downtime, risks or complications.
Though it’s the newest product in the Fraxel family, the Fraxel re:pair laser has already started revolutionizing the industry. It delivers dramatic results in a single treatment – without weeks of downtime. It’s also a compelling option for patients who want remarkable results without surgery.
Advanced technology –
CO2 resurfacing meets fractional photothermolysis
Unlike traditional CO2 lasers, which perform a thin, general ablation of the entire skin surface, the Fraxel re:pair laser uses microscopic treatment zones (MTZs) to ablate tissue deep within the dermis. Even though the laser does not protect the stratum corneum, the unique Fraxel technology spares much of the surrounding healthy tissue in the demis. This results in immediate coagulation. The Fraxel re:pair is a tissue shrinkage and skin tightening.
The Fraxel re:pair is a CO2 laser which combines the efficacy of ablative skin resurfacing with safety of fractional delivery. See how the Fraxel re:pair laser compares to the conventional CO2 laser:
Powerful and versatile – Treat many indications with a single system
Thanks to the unique fractional technology, the Fraxel re:pair system can be used for both superficial skin conditions and deeper damage. And since you select the energy level, treatment level and number of passes, you can tailor each treatment to your patient’s needs. Key features of the Fraxel re:pair system:
- Treats up to 4 times faster than any other ablative fractional device. Our exclusive Intelligent Optical Tracking® system adjusts to hand speed and ensures treatment is uniform and fast. A typical full-face treatment takes just 30-40 minutes, which enables you to treat more patients and maximize ROI. The continuous-motion system, meanwhile, delivers higher coverage and better, longer-lasting results.
- Delivers the broadest range of fractional ablative treatment parameters. The intuitive, touch-screen interface guides you through the parameter selection – superficial to deep (5-70 mJ) and mild to aggressive (5-70% coverage). The system optimizes the microscopic spot size for each energy level, maximizing penetration while minimizing bulk heating in surrounding tissue.
- The only fractional ablative device with FDA clearance for vascular dyschromia. In addition, Fraxel re:pair treatment is cleared for ablation and resurfacing of soft tissue, rhytides, pigmented lesions, wrinkles, fine lines, furrows and textural irregularities.
- Ease of use. Fraxel re:pair is a single-handed, single-operator treatment. Plus, it is the only fractional ablative device with built-in smoke evacuation, minimizing plume and smell – and eliminating the need for staff support.
- Safe choice. The unique Fraxel scanning technology, combined with the precision and effectiveness of a CO2 laser source, reduces the degree of risk for lines of demarcation or long-term side effects compared with traditional CO2 lasers.
- Clinically proven technology. The Fraxel re:pair laser is backed by extensive research with more than three years of clinical follow-up with over 2,500 patients and 5,000 histologies.
FRAXEL RE:FINE TREATMENT™

Fractional non-ablative
FRAXEL PRODUCTS | Fraxel re:fine™ Treatment
GENTLE REJUVENATION THAT FITS PATIENTS’ LIFESTYLE—AND YOUR PRACTICE
Gentle rejuvenation that fits patients' lifestyle—and your practice
As the most gentle option in the product family, the non-ablative Fraxel re:fine combines a more superficially absorbed wavelength with the unique fractional delivery and intuitive medical software of Fraxel systems.
The result is a safe and effective skin rejuvenation treatment that improves texture, tone, pigmentation and periorbital fine lines—all with minimal downtime or discomfort. So patients can rejuvenate and resurface their skin and usually return to work or other activities on the same day.
Just as Fraxel re:fine treatment is easy and effective for patients, it’s easy and profitable for your practice. It’s a light, portable system, perfect for practices with multiple locations. And due to the user-friendly interface and intuitive safety features, you can feel confident delegating Fraxel re:fine treatment to staff*.
1410 nm wavelength
The Fraxel re:fine laser wavelength is optimized for superficial treatments at lower energy levels, while still enabling treatment up to 650 µm deep into the dermis. And since the 1410 nm fiber laser targets water, not melanin, Fraxel re:fine treatment is safe on all skin types—on and off the face.
